How We Work

1. Free Discovery → Fit Check

What Happens

You submit a request. We review goals, size, and urgency, then hop on a 20–30 min call.

What You Get

Initial readout on fit, likely approach, and ballpark pricing.

Your Part

Share the problem in plain terms and any deadlines (funding, board dates, launches).


2. Scope & Proposal → Contract & Start Date

What Happens

We translate discovery into a concrete plan.

What You Get

Written proposal with scope, timeline, team roles, milestones, and fixed/flex pricing; MSA + SOW for e-signature.

Your Part

Confirm decision-makers, sign the agreement, and pay the kickoff invoice.


3. Needs Analysis & Project Kickoff

What Happens

A focused kickoff to align on outcomes and constraints. 

What You Get

Problem statement, success criteria, risks/assumptions, RACI, comms cadence. 

Your Part

Introduce stakeholders; grant access to tools/docs we’ll need. 


4. Information Gathering

What Happens

We collect the right signals without slowing your team. Techniques: brief interviews, workflow shadowing, doc reviews, light data pulls, pulse surveys. 

What You Get

Current-state map (people, process, tools), pain-point analysis, quick-win list. 

Your Part

Timely access to people and documents. 


5. Options & Recommendations

What Happens

We frame 2–3 viable paths with trade-offs. 

What You Get

Recommendation deck with effort/cost vs. impact, timeline, and change considerations. 

Your Part

Choose the path; flag constraints we must design around. 


6. Build & Implement

What Happens

We design and deploy the solution in agile, testable chunks. Examples:  HR policies/handbook, recruiting toolkit, onboarding program, engagement survey & action plan, training modules, SOPs, dashboards.  

What You Get

Draft → review → final; enablement materials (1-pagers, checklists, scripts). 

Your Part

Review quickly, pilot with a small team, give blunt feedback. 


7. Enablement & Handoff

What Happens

We make it stick. 

What You Get

Live walkthroughs, admin guides, version control scheme, 30/60/90-day adoption plan. 

Your Part

Assign owners; schedule the first internal check-ins. 


8. Measure & Adjust (30–60 days post-launch)

What Happens

We verify outcomes and tune. 

What You Get

Metrics vs. baseline (e.g., time-to-hire, onboarding time, policy compliance), tweak list, and a “keep/kill/iterate” summary. 

Your Part

Share results and any unintended consequences we should address. 


9. Post-Project Review & Next Steps

What Happens

Close the loop and plan continuity. 

What You Get

Final report, artifact library, lessons learned, and recommendations for phase 2 (if needed). 

Options

Light retainer for ongoing support, quarterly audits, or manager coaching. 

We provide HR consulting, education, and implementation support. We do not provide legal, tax, or payroll processing services.
